There's watermelon in the kitchen again

All of my worldly possessions are gently packed away, and sitting in the living room at my Grandma's house. What little I need to live day by day is in ramshackle shopping bags, and my Blackberry is surviving in a perpetual state of borderline death. But I am here.

Germany is a week and a half away, and I could not be more ready to say "hi" in a different language. Texas has been boiling my blood too much lately, and I need a little peace and quiet. And I am quite peachy about other things happening in my life lately, but that is for another post.

In the meantime I have been contemplating my near-future, and how I want to earn a living and where. And for the first time in a while, Austin doesn't look so bland.
