So let me tell you something. When beer brewers chuckle at the apprehension of most people to craft their own beer, don't go home thinking anyone can do it. Even after consulting multiple brewers for advice, and reading through two books on the subject, Jake and I still don't know what we are doing. Nevertheless, we are officially in one of the last steps until we can see if our first IPA is drinkable, and if our "New Years Ale" will bring more than an upset stomach. For goodness sake, we couldn't even get the siphon to work correctly.
